What are the benefits from sauna bathing?
Apparently, sauna bathing helps to alleviate aches and pains by relaxing your muscles which releases endorphins.
For a little bedtime reading, you can read more about that here.
After sweating it out in the sauna, take a quick cold shower, if you dare, to maximise the benefits.
You can repeat this process before finally unwinding in the Hot Tub.
And let's not forget the "pièce de résistance", that magnificent view enjoyed whether in the tub or sauna!
